CANCELLATIONS:If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped from the manufacturer, we can cancel the order and you will receive a full refund. However if your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for the *"ACTUAL" shipping costs in both directions, along with a 20% restocking fee since the item is shipped direct from the manufacturer and will be returned to the manufacturer.
RETURNS:If you are not satisfied with an item, Harbor Views Boutique offers a money back guarantee on all purchases, excluding *"ACTUAL" shipping and handling charges, along with a 25% restocking fee, provided the toy or item has not been opened and is in the original packaging (no exceptions). You must notify us within 5 business days of receipt of item or claim will be denied.

Step Two: Item must be unopened and in original undamaged or marked package.
Step Three: Mail as per our instructions by UPS or FedEx Please contact us ASAP (within 5 business days of receipt of item)
DAMAGES: If an item arrives damaged and you choose to accept delivery, you MUST note it on the delivery receipt and notify us ASAP, if you refuse delivery again note it on the delivery receipt and notify us ASAP. If your item arrived with concealed damage you must notify us within 5 business days of receipt and you may be required to submit photo showing damage. We will arrange for replacement parts from our manufacturers at no cost to you. If replacement parts are rejected you will be required to follow all the steps as noted in our Returns section and all applicable fees will apply.
